Terms of service

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Encore Productions website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Please review them regularly, as continued use of our website means you accept any changes.

1. General Information

1.1 This website is operated by Encore Productions. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Encore Productions.

1.2 By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase.

1.3 All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

2. Made-to-Order Products & Fulfilment

2.1 Most of our products (such as prints, framed canvases, mugs, and apparel) are made to order and fulfilled through trusted third-party partners.

2.2 Print-on-demand items are produced using regional facilities close to the delivery destination, to reduce shipping time and environmental impact.

2.3 UK-only gift items are stocked and shipped directly by Encore Productions.

3. Product Descriptions & Images

3.1 We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, tones, and finishes may vary depending on screen settings and printing methods.

3.2 All images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations between product images and delivered items do not constitute a defect.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed at checkout.

4.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product cannot be produced or shipped, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4.3 Title and risk in the goods pass to you once the order has been delivered to your stated address.

5. Cancellations & Returns

5.1 For custom-made items (including all print-on-demand products), cancellations and returns are not permitted once production has started, except in cases of fault or damage. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU laws, which exclude custom-made and personalised items from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

5.2 For UK-only gift items (non-custom products), your statutory right to cancel within 14 days applies.

5.3 If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5.4 Full details can be found in our [Returns Policy].

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Print-on-demand items are fulfilled using regional facilities, while UK-only gift items are dispatched from within the UK.

6.2 Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout. These are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

6.3 We are not liable for delays outside our control, including customs processing or courier disruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website, including photography, graphics, text, and layouts, is the property of Encore Productions (or licensed to us) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the price paid for the product.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 We collect and process personal data in line with our [Privacy Policy]. This includes sharing necessary information with our fulfilment partners to complete your order.

9.2 Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s checkout system. We do not store your payment card details.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
