At Encore Productions, most of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted fulfilment partners. This ensures high-quality production while keeping delivery times as quick and cost-effective as possible.
Print-on-Demand Products (Prints, Canvases, Apparel, Mugs & More)
- Production time: Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be produced before it is shipped.
- Estimated delivery times (after production):
- UK: 3–7 working days
- France & Germany: 5–10 working days
- USA: 5–10 working days
- Tracking: Most orders are shipped with tracking (confirmation will be emailed once dispatched).
- Multiple items: If your order contains more than one product, items may be shipped separately depending on the fulfilment location.
Digital Downloads (Photographs)
- Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase, either through a download link on the order confirmation page or via email.
- As these are digital products delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
- Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your purchase.
