We spent a very relaxing week away in the Lake District National Park and stayed at Bassenthwaite Lakeside Lodges which was situated right on the edge of the Lake in Scarness Bay.
This was the first time we had visited this part of the lakes as we normally stay around the Buttermere area.
Bassenthwaite Lake is a haven for wildlife, and I spent a few early mornings hiking around the lake looking for wildlife.
I had great plans to film an entire video around the Lake District area but the weather just was not with us that week and so I only managed to capture a hike around Bassenthwaite Lake and some wildlife I had filmed throughout the week.
